Félix has three techniques for successful learning:
- Repetition of key concepts to help with long-term knowledge—like reminders in modules of previous concepts learned and quizzes throughout the year
- Practical application to better grasp and develop new habits through actionable scenarios, tools and advice
- Fun that gets you into the game and coming back every time, including pop culture references and a friendly tone, just like a colleague you love to talk to
Félix offers a common path for all employees, with modules sent out every two weeks. Managers receive modules every week, including the core modules and specific management modules.
All modules are designed in collaboration with psychologists and management coaches, and validated by the moka.care scientific committee, headed by Sylvie Chauvin, an occupational psychologist and HR director. Theoretical contributions and practical tools are drawn from several currents of study in psychology, including behavioral and cognitive therapies (CBT), or management techniques, including some used by RAID negotiators in conflict situations.
By integrating into their workspace, Félix also fits in with employees’ learning habits. Every week, employees spend 3.5 hours learning on their own, typically on an ad hoc basis and using informal means. This could be putting asking a colleague a question or typing it into a search engine. This new form of learning in the flow of work has been highlighted by HR expert Josh Bersin.
moka.care supports HR teams and managers in promoting healthy performance in their teams.

Psychological safety is a climate in which everyone can express themselves freely and put forward new ideas without fear of judgment or reprimand. According to Google's Aristotle Project, it's the #1 driver of team performance. Félix can help you cultivate psychological safety in your team to strengthen cohesion and creativity and build lasting trust between you and your teammates.
All data collected by Félix is anonymized, including any answers to questions asked by Félix, such as stress levels, to learning progress figures, such as the number of modules started or paused. Only managers and HRs have access with a shared objective: to anticipate risks in order to improve mental health in the workplace.
Félix helps to reinforce three types of skills that can be categorized as behavioral and relational skills, also known as soft skills.
1. Stress management: this is key to adapting quickly to change, maintaining performance in times of pressure, and recovering energy after a period of intense work.
2. Diplomacy and communication: Félix reinforces assertiveness and passes on effective techniques such as active listening and non-violent communication (NVC) to express constructive criticism, calm conflicts and facilitate collaboration.
3. Emotional intelligence: by developing it, you and your team will be better equipped to identify the signs if a colleague is unwell, react to a colleague in tear and make well-informed and objective decisions in the workplace.
