Frequently Asked Questions
What is the CARBO's maximum speed?
The CARBO e-bike has a maximum speed of 32 km/h (20 mph). The European model is however limited to 25 km/h (15 mph) What's the difference between a speed sensor and a torque sensor?
On an electric bike, speed sensors operate by telling the motor when to activate and when to stop. Speed sensors are commonly found on older generation ebikes because they are more affordable and simple in terms of technology. Torque sensor however measure the amount of force that is put on the crank, and allows for a more precise response from the motor when the rider pedals, which translates into a smoother acceleration and intuitive pedaling assistance. Torque sensors are generally much more expansive compared to speed sensors, but the quality of the ride is also much better. Terms of service

A comprehensive 2-year international warranty is offered on CARBO bikes and a 1 year warranty is offered for batteries against manufacturing defects. The warranty however does not apply to normal wear and tear components such as tires, brake pads, chain etc... How do I get a refund?
