Booking #672346213 IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS SINCE KIWI SAID THEY WOULD CONTACT ME AND I HAVE HEARD NOTHING! STOP SAYING YOU WILL, JUST CONTACT, I'M RUNNING OUT OF TIME FOR HELP! KIWI responded saying they will contact me but I have still heard nothing! It has been weeks and my trip is 1 month away and I STILL have no confirmation of my booking. STILL unable to access any of my bookings on the airline. You have my details, phone number, everything you could possibly need to contact me. Please can someone just contact me. Going around in circles and unable to access their helpline! Booking #672346213 I accidentally booked with an incorrect email which I admit was my mistake. However, When signing in, I clicked booked with the wrong email and filled in the details which took me to an overview. The issues are there is no where for me to correct my email and receive a booking confirmation. Every time I click for help, it asks me to sign in, but I cannot sign in with my incorrect email, so I just keep going in circles with no help at all to be had. Furthermore, it asks me to check in directly with the airline, but when I access my booking with the airline, it tells me I have to go through KIWI to manage my booking. Again, going around in circles and unable to access any form of helpline from KIWI. There seems to be absolutely no customer service anywhere for those who booked with an incorrect email. All I want is for someone to contact me directly so this can be sorted. Otherwise my trip is completely wasted as I'm unable to manage my bookings from either the airline or KIWI. Just completely confusing with this lack of Customer Support.

Costy
Had a booking at 21:30. Flight number provided for reservation. Flight was delayed by a few minutes. Called phone number and WhatsApp several times for pick-up between 21:45-22:00 and no one answered the phone. At 22:00 they closed. Had to rent another car at the airport. Went to Eurorentcar location next to the airport first thing the next morning, before 8am. Waited for the staff to come in and open. I was told my booking was cancelled because I did not show up. I told them I called several times and no one picked up my calls. I showed my phone with the call logs and WhatsApp calls + texts. All before their closing time. I said they should have at least answered my calls so we could have made arrangements for a pick-up in the morning. The staff member told me he wasn't on shift the day before and he does not know, but they don't have to wait until 22:00 or answer the phones; they can close early if they want. Also said I should have told them I'd be delayed. To which I replied that I was on a plane and obviously had no control or knowledge of when it lands. And even so, I was only a few minutes late and still within their opening hours and no one even bothered answering my calls. No refund or any other arrangements were offered as the booking was done through a third-party website. To mention as well the dismissive attitude of the staff member and rudeness; not even pretending to care or say sorry. Worst service I've ever experienced with a car hire company. AVOID! Pay a bit extra and use a reputable company with a kiosk in the airport.

Zoe has been helping us with our cocker spaniel pup Rupert almost since we first bought him home at 8 weeks old! As anxious new dog parents we wanted to build a strong foundation of positive training to build on from day dot. Zoe did some 1-1 sessions with us at home and helped us with everything - from crate training to loose lead/heel work, recall, emergency stops and learning fun party tricks! Aside from the training she also made us feel more at ease with our new addition to the family, providing reassurance and support when we were deep in the puppy blues. Following the sessions she provides detailed notes on what was practiced/discussed which helps us to stay on track and consistent in the training. The proof of Zoe’s skill as a dog trainer (and teacher of humans) is in the puppy - Rupert is such a good boy, now 6 months old he’s fully crate trained, settles in the house as well as out and about like a dream and his engagement during walks is improving everyday. Rupert absolutely loves training with Zoe - she makes it so fun and engaging for him and he just adores her. Us humans love training with Zoe too, she’s so friendly and welcoming and only too happy to share all her tips, tricks and wealth of doggy knowledge. We can’t recommend her enough and are looking forward to our next session!

The product which I’ve tried in the past is not arrived, but I have no issue with the product. When I placed this order online, I filled out an intake form. Once I completed the form and was processing the payment online I got a call from an RX representative to go over the intake form and confirm the payment which I did by giving him my credit card. He sent me an email confirming the order was placed and I will receive it in 7 to 10 business days. After that, I kept getting emails and text messages from other representatives asking me to complete my order and for the payment information all over again. I see that the charge was deducted from my account, but don’t know if I have an order coming or not.

Trustpilot is a great platform for sharing and reading genuine customer experiences. I appreciate how easy it is to create an account, write reviews, and see how businesses respond to feedback. It really helps build trust between consumers and companies. However, I think there’s room for improvement. Sometimes fake or biased reviews still slip through, and the flagging or verification process could be made faster and more transparent. It would also be nice if the mobile app had more features for managing reviews and notifications. Overall, Trustpilot remains one of the most reliable review platforms out there, and with a few updates, it could be even better.

Following a fall i had to have my wedding ring & engagement ring of 34yrs cut off. The guys at Diamond Factory were lovely to help me get my ideal rings made for me. I was able to see as many styles of rings that I wanted too, nothing was no hassle for them. They just wanted me to ensure I got my ideal set, size of diamonds, type of gold I wanted & sizes. It was a pleasure doing business with the team. I would recommend anyone looking for something different to check the Diamond Factory out. It took 3-4 weeks for my rings to be made, but they were definitely worth the wait.

Got the smile surgery done 5 weeks ago now at the London Vision Clinic and what a great decision that was! From the moment I spoke to the clinic, to me getting surgery, was about 3 weeks, with thorough testing done beforehand to make sure the procedure is done with minimal risk. I now have near 20/20 vision with no side effects and the overall experience the clinic provides is stellar. I'd like to say a special thank you to Brendan and Darshak for making this possible. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone thinking of getting laser eye surgery.

I ordered £18 of cereal from this company on 20th September and I’m still waiting for the delivery to arrive. I’ve tried to contact the company by phone several times and nobody answers. The email I sent to follow up on this order was undeliverable and bounced back to me. Please do not order from this company - they are clearly scam artists taking money from customers but never providing the goods which have been paid for or providing any form of customer support where you can speak to a human being or get an email response.

She is always friendly, flexible, offers a good variety of food options, and responds promptly. They overcharge, have hidden fees and when you close the account they hit you for more money. Lie about the paperwork you signed to get free. Edit to the reply: You made me call that number to cancel. Even after multiple emails asking to close the account. Then when it's closed you still charge me a extra month. I'll call but I doubt you will fix anything.
