Fun working out at home!

I never review apps but downloaded this one and it’s great for finding workouts I can do at home. It’s so helpful for helping me get a good workout in since I am usually so busy - and these days all gyms around me are closed. So many great options, I especially thought the body weight full body workouts were great and really got the job done! I also made my fiancé download it and he’s been having a great time going through the chest and back categories. The app makes it so easy to find exactly what type of workout you want, and they are all easy to follow. It shows REAL people performing the exercise and not some stick figure or impossible to understand text. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a great workout on their own terms! If you are a newbie or experienced athlete, there is definitely something for everyone here!

An indispensable resource in the gym

I open this app every time I workout now. It’s so nice to have my workouts mapped out for me by trainers I know, without having to search around online every time. I used to memorize a program or two and I would just repeat them forever, but now I have a library of options from different instructors, and it’s really helped me hit new areas, try new things, and break thru plateaus. Plus there’s guides on meal plans and supplements which help a lot. It’s been a couple weeks and I’m already seeing great results, plus the experience is 1000x better here than how I was doing things before.

The app is SO SLOW

I wish Kaylee Ullom would choose a different platform to post her workout programs in. This app is painstakingly slow. It will take forever to load the main page and then everything I try to do is just delayed too, I try to open the program, delay of at least a minute to respond to my keystroke, I choose the workout for the day from the program, it takes forever to open the new page. I try to scroll down to see what the exercises are for the day, takes forever to respond to the scroll command. I’m not talking about a couple seconds, these are delayed by AT LEAST 30 seconds. It’s not my phone, it’s not the WiFi, it’s the app. Please fix this, in this day and age it’s really unacceptable and frustrating. This review is for the app only, not the content of the workout plan I’m following (obviously as different creators can use this app but people seem to be leaving reviews under Solin for the creator not the app itself).
