    I've often thought that with more discipline in my life, I would be further ahead by now. This is a great book, and timely, as it succinctly outlines in practical ways how anybody can apply and benefit from practicing discipline in everyday life and situations!

    I am an avid reader of self-help books and I find this to be a good companion piece. Because of its brevity, it's easy to read and re-read again!

    You'll also find tips on goal-setting, keeping a positive mind-set, communication and the importance of keeping yourself healthy in order to achieve your desires and live your dreams!

    The writing is clear and straightforward making this an easy read.

    If you are someone like me who needs that little push in achieving you goal, I would highly recommend this book. Self discipline is an element needed in order to obtain long-term fulfillment and satisfaction. It helps us to stay focused, stay active, get things done, improved self-esteem and gain respect. The author has outlined a step-by-step approach on how to get started on being more self-disciplined which focuses mainly on, you. Through this guide, you are asked to assess yourself, to be mindful, to stay healthy aside from the need to track you own progress. I know that becoming more self-disciplined will take time, nevertheless that journey starts here with this wonderful guide.

    As what I've expected, this is a book with lots of new learnings. Like everybody else, I myself, lacks with self discipline. I always end up doing the things I did not include in my plans. Which I blame in at the end of the day when I did not achieve my day-to-day plans. I'm still working on that. And I am glad that I've had to read this book. It's very useful. The guides and tips given by the author were clearly written and easy to understand. I just hope that things will turn to be okay when I start to follow these steps by step. I am so motivated. I recommend this to all! A worthy book to read.

The centre area toward the end of every section abridged well the primary purposes of the part, which makes less demanding for perusers to fathom vital ideas with respect to self-control. Extremely informative​ and helpful book, that I think would help a lot of people with their self-discipline struggles.

    A superb book for tying up every one of the closures of messy thinking and moving out of safe places. In case you're a procastinator and tired of it, this is the book for you.I thoroughly concur with Levese Williams when he said that self-discipline is an assertive and learnable process,that it's not an identity quality. Short self-help book on how to go about doing things you've been thinking about doing for a long time. Short written exercises. Practical approach.

    This book contains great strategies and practical steps for everyone who wants to succeed and to have a healthier/happier lifestyle. The "Key Takeaway" section at the end of each chapter summarized well the main points of the chapter, which makes easier for readers to comprehend crucial concepts regarding self-discipline. Very informative​ and inspirational book.

    This is an excellent read. What I love about it is its very practical do-able step by step approach. It's great the way that you are led through each step. As the author states at the beginning, "One of the reasons people lack self discipline is that they try to do everything at once." The great thing about this book is that it takes you through with baby steps, so you're not overwhelmed. If anyone wants to become more self disciplined they can no better than following this blueprint step by step.

    I struggle with self discipline, so I've been buying a lot of self help books lately (for which my friends make fun of me). The thing I like about this book
    is that it doesn't waste time with a lot of frills, it just gives you an action plan. That said, some of the advice was just common sense, but overall I was glad I got it.

    I have read another book on self-discipline before but I have to say that this has to be the more informative and easy to follow book in that category. Each step within the book is explained well, short and sweet.

    I am a loud person, when I come across the ‘Do Not Shout or use intensifiers’ chapter I honestly thought I’d need to follow to see if it actually works. I did this for a week and believe it or not it made a lot difference. My manager noticed within two days – he walked up to me and said “you are really calm today, is everything ok?”

    The book covers the aspects we do not pay attention when we are doing it! I would recommend this book to anyone that wants to improve their will-power. It’s definitely worth the time you put to read it. To be honest it motivated me to write this review!
