Buy this book and keep it on hand!! It never gets old and is sure to put a smile on your face or shed light on something you hadn't thought of before-- or at the very least give you the best recommendation you never knew you needed about SF. This brilliant project documents a collection of messages written by Lyft passengers to other passengers, chock-full of local recommendations, jokes, anecdotes, confessions, sayings, and beyond...Message after message, page after page, the varied and dynamic fabric of the people and passengers of SF (and who visit SF) come to life. When it all comes down to it, think about how many times you’ve started a great story with “So then I Lyfted to...”

I am a Sacramento, CA Lyft driver who purchased this book to keep in my car for my passengers to browse through...and they enjoyed it so much, one of them took it! So, I'm buying a few more as backups! It really is a great book and gives you a fun view of some of the diverse/interesting/intoxicated people we come across every day!

I thoroughly enjoyed this collection of artwork. As a fellow Lyft driver, I can truly appreciate the diversity of the clientele you pick up in the Bay Area. These snippets capture the raw emotions of a highly stimulated group. I enjoyed Zia's commentary mixed in as well. I highly recommend this. It would make a great gift.

Zia Ahmed had the right idea, the perfect way of getting folks to reach out and give advice to other travelers in San Fran.....and the advice can be serious, or funny, but it will all seems perfect to the right person ...I hope he continues collecting advice, and prints Lyft Me UP part 2

I have been waiting for this to come out for so long!! This book has been the talk of the San Francisco transportation scene for the past several months. People always kept talking about the unique Lyft driver who was writing a book regarding his experiences as a Lyft employee and his need for his clients' participation as it was based on their ability to leave a message for his next passenger. What a fascinating idea! Looking forward to learning more about Zia Ahmed as well.
