Is there a trial period?

Yes, every workspace gets a 14-day Pro plan trial. Fibery is powerful and takes time to explore, so you have 14 days to try it out. If you'd like a jump start, our concierge support is available.

What happens when the trial is over?

Once the trial ends, you can continue with Pro, switch to another paid plan, or move to Free. You may also add billing details and select a plan at any point during the first 14 days to avoid interruption.

Is there really no entities limit on the Free plan?

Yes—Free allows unlimited entities. Performance depends on usage patterns (e.g., Tables vs. Boards) and complex formulas. Under 50K entities is typically fine; above 500K, consider aggregating first.

What about these 6 months for free for startups?

Startups with fewer than 30 employees get 6 months of Fibery Pro for free, saving up to $4,320. Apply via the startup program to take advantage of this offer.

Can we cancel our paid plan?

Absolutely. Cancel anytime; paid benefits remain until the end of your billing cycle, after which you'll be downgraded to the Free plan without further charges.
