I used to dread tracking my food, but Elite Food Diary makes it enjoyable! 🎉 The colorful charts and friendly interface keep me engaged and motivated. Great app for anyone trying to improve their eating habits!
No Setting, No Support Options.
I really tried to play around with the app. It’s a good idea, but I had a number of issues with it after paying the $8.99/y.
First, it asked me to pay twice(?). Secondly, upon registering my email for points, my email never loaded into the system. Additionally, I tried the ‘adding a friend’ function and accidentally pressed okay before I could register the email and it just added a blank bubble that I couldn’t get rid of! Felt bad trying to recommend this app to a friend at all. It’s showing that it’s been out for 7-months, or so , but considering they have a $60 coaching, this app is too underdeveloped. The didn’t even have a way to check/manage your subscription in the app.
I’m hoping Apple can get me a refund.
This is odd…
So, there are no settings. You cannot go into any settings and change an email address, for example. There is absolutely no guidance at all on how this works. Good thing I used a junk email address…there is no way to delete the account. It was free lifetime when I installed it….good thing. I wouldn’t pay money to a developer who doesn’t even respond to a previous reviewer’s comments. Speaks VOLUMES. Run. Fast.
