The interior looked great. The front desk staff was helpful and kind. And the medical staff was informative, caring and listened. This was a much better experience than I had a few years ago.

I have never left a doctors appointment feeling so happy with my experience. From walking in the door to leaving my appointment, the entire experience was wonderful and the office was very comfortable.

The provider I was assigned is very helpful and the app is easy to use. Setting up appointments online is simple, and getting information about prescriptions can be done easily. The only setback is waiting for a response in the chat section, but the wait is totally understandable, considering how busy everyone is and how many patients there are to deal with. It's super simple to use and the medical providers are super nice and understanding. Having the two options of either video or in person is perfect for anyone who's introverted or not. Set up is also super easy, allowing a fast pace to get ready for any appointment, as well as a medication library to see any prescriptions we're on.

Circle Medical made it very easy to get in contact and schedule an appointment with a Primary Care Provider. It was a very easy process and everything is a touch away, the doctor I was paired up with is very informative, easy going, and upbeat. I've always been afraid to talk with doctors but Circle Medical helped ease my fear.

It's quick and easy, the only note is that video calls are required; I'm just very self-conscious and hate being on camera alongside difficulties speaking freely due to developed selective mutism. It can be tough to work myself up enough to do not just a phone call but a video call at the same time.

I am very comfortable with my primary care provider, she is a compassionate and knowledgeable medical professional who in my opinion has first listen to me and then asked more questions to reach a true understanding of my situation with gender dysphoria issues and how to best support my medical care in a that will best serve my health and end goals as well but knowingly that my health is her priority and that she is looking out for me is a great comfort to me.
