Dear friends and clients,

As promised, we have an update for you - We’re excited to announce that the Boon + Gable team will continue to innovate at Google!

Since 2014, we have styled thousands of clients and built an innovative business model around not holding inventory -- so we could shop for each of you individually. We shopped over 750 brands and catalogued and tagged more than 100,000 items available locally within San Francisco. We built an algorithm that helped narrow those items down so our stylists would see only the best items for you when they were shopping for your visits. Our innovation was finding the right balance between machines and humans and we still believe the future of styling and, really, the future of shopping will revolve around the combination of humans and machines.

Thank you for letting us into your homes and your lives for the last 4 years. You have trusted us to dress you for the everyday, your most special occasions, and every situation in between -- like your 40th birthday bash, that time you were the officiant for your friends’ wedding, your big presentation at the White House, and when you realized you wanted to feel like a “chic mom” at school drop off every morning. We learned early on that it’s not the clothes or the convenience that make Boon + Gable a special service, it’s how you feel about yourself when you’re wearing something that your Boon + Gable stylist picked out especially for you and showed you just how to wear it. It has truly been an honor and a joy to be a part of all your lives. We’re so grateful to have had the opportunity to build a one-of-a-kind service and to have served all of you.

We also feel incredibly grateful to have worked with a team that is so talented, hardworking and full of heart. Although you have probably only met our amazing stylists, Boon + Gable would not be possible without our operations associates and HQ employees as well. We’re excited for what’s next for everyone that’s been a part of the Boon + Gable family as they continue to do awesome work.

So, where does that leave you? Although Boon + Gable will no longer be operating, Nicole cannot imagine a life without styling so she will be continuing to work with as many clients as she can.
