Meet the Team: how we got here

A team of dedicated fish keepers and professional aquarists stand behind Bluenero's technology, giving a new twist to aquarium maintenance and fish keeping experience.

Vahe started to work on this idea a year ago, when he got his first Clownfish with friends for the office. While enjoying the process of fish keeping, they noticed the difficulties and shortcomings of a their Aquarium; limited space, water purity issues, missed to feed on time etc. So they gathered a team of professionals, passed advanced "trainings" on how to keep the fish, and started working on the idea. The first prototype was a result of joined hard work, many useful feedbacks from fish keepers around the world and some serious R&D.

 What is the capacity of Bluenero? 

Bluenero comes in 2 sizes, 16 gallons and 26 gallons.

I have Bettas, can I keep them in Bluenero?

Sure! Bluenero is designed equally for saltwater and freshwater fishes , but you should do your own research regarding the capacity for certain kind of fish. w

How can I set the App to feed my fish for a week?

Bluenero App is very simple. You just need to connect to the App via Bluetooth( for the 1st time) or Wi-Fi  and choose Feeder bar. You can also set the right temperature of water with Temperature bar in red.

If I order now when will I get my Bluenero?

Estimated delivery | September-October 2019.  We know that waiting is not exciting but our team has done solid research and posted realistic delivery timeline for such complicated and innovative product. We believe that it may even affect our pre-order quantity as getting it before Christmas would sound much juicier but not realistic.

How do I change water ?

We took care of this issue as well, on the right side of Bluenero (Behind the Stainless Steel wall)  there's a special valve to drain water from Bluenero.

What kind of food do Bluenero support ? 

Currently Bluenero autofeeder supports only dry food , we're working on this feature and may upgrade it in the future

Do you offer Warranty ? 

Yes, we offer 6 months Limited warranty against factory defects. 

Where Bluenero will be manufactured ? 

As core part of Bluenero team is located in Armenia it's more convenient to manufacture product in Republic of  Armenia and have full control over quality and assembling.
