It's is a simple no nonsense app with very simple interface. For anyone who love simple app with good beginner barbell workout, this is highly recommended. I guess you can tweak the workout with your need by increasing the weight after completing the preset routine. So this also suits anyone with strength training experience under their belt. I appreciate that we do not need to subscribe, we only need to make one time contribution for the developer (optional).

It's a nice enough app in design, but very frustrating that you cannot alter weights or rest time mid-workout, nor can you go in and edit the weights you lifted after finishing. For this reason I have stopped using it. The App design and content though is great, and a good resource.

The app help me gain 5 kg in 3 months - defenetly I see my muscles bigger I also managed to lift 65 kg in that time , my best was 40 . You can change the waights in the app also change how much reps . I love it for now 3 months in a row I use it , one day training one resting , after training I go outside for running ( going to download the running version as well) the only downside is (VERRY IMPORTANT - Add the information for the excersises how to be done properly , that's all , I recommend <3
